The wedding will be held on Sunday, 18th May, 2025. We'll start with a ceremony at the Summergrove Estate chapel, then move to the garden for canapés and drinks, followed with a sit down dinner reception in the Barn. A cash bar will be available. And although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair.
Dress code will be semi-formal.

How do I RSVP?

You can click the RSVP tab in the top right corner of the website, this will directly take you to the RSVP page. Please complete the questions on this page then click submit. If you are filling this out on behalf of multiple people, please include all of their names. Also if you wish to use the bus service for pick up and drop off can you please let us know in the question and comments section of the RSVP.

Can I bring a plus one?

Your invitation will have “Your Name” & “Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. Please contact us if you wish to ask about adding a plus one, we will do our best to accommodate everyone’s needs.

When do I need to RSVP?

What is the dress code?

Dress code is semi-formal. An example of this would be a classy cocktail dress or jumpsuit for the ladies. A light suit with a button down shirt and dress shoes or a blazer, dress shirt and dress pants for the gentlemen.

Ladies please keep in mind when choosing your high heels that there will be pebble stone walk ways and the cocktail hour will be on the lawn. I would suggest not wearing a skinny pointed heel and perhaps opting for a wider heel.

What will the weather be like?

The weather is usually sunny with temps of 20 degrees during the day and lows of 13 degrees at night.

Are children welcome?

We love all of your little ones but we have chosen to have an adults only event. We hope you can understand.

What is the order of events?

Bus pick up: 1:30pm

Ceremony: 2:30pm-3:30pm

Cocktail & Canapes: 3:30pm-5pm

Dinner:5pm-7pm

Dancing:7pm-10pm

Grand Exit: 10pm

Bus Departure: 10pm

Can I take photos and videos?

We are more than happy to have everyone taking photos all night long. We can’t wait to see all of your beautiful photos of the evening! Our only ask is that during the ceremony everyone refrains from taking photos and videos.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive at 2:30pm. This will give you time to get a seat in the chapel before the ceremony commences.

Are you doing a wedding gift registry?

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day!

We are not doing a gift registry but we will have a wishing well at the reception for those who would like to make a gift.

How do I get the bus?

The bus will collect everyone that wishes not to drive to the event, from the Coolangatta, Mantra Twin Towns Foyer at 1:30pm. Please arrive before as the bus will leave at that exact time and we would hate for anyone to miss out. The bus will drop you all off at this exact location at the end of the night.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will be missed! If you can not make it please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “NO” so we can plan accordingly.

Will it be a seated dinner?

Yes, it will be a seated indoor dinner with assigned seating.
